INTERN HALL OF FAME
Starting out as a Creative Intern, working within The Conscience Organisation has been without doubt an incredible opportunity to develop my creative skills and produce work that really ‘wows’ brand partners! In the wider team, each individual is recognised for their contribution on projects. A positive ‘good vibes’ attitude thrives within the work environment, inspiring the team to deliver excellent results as well as translating over into living our partners’ core values and identities. Working with clients who promote goodness and purpose has fuelled my passion to give back more in my future career. Together the gang at The Conscience Organisation have created a force of good that echoes into our community and across the world.
The Conscience Organisation has given me the chance to work across a range of different projects – some of which felt like a perfect match, while others posed a real challenge to wrap my head around. Jump forward four years, and from creating social content to launching brands, building digital campaigns from the ground up to innovating existing products, even creating animations to running workshops to get everyone on the same page for a new strategic direction... I've had the chance to be part of the creative process in more ways than I ever would have imagined!
Working at The Conscience Organisation has provided a chance for me to develop a practical skill set that I would not otherwise have had the opportunity to learn at university. While interning, I have contributed to many different aspects of the organisation and its partners, from the creative sphere, to brand and communications strategy, and even project management. Working with a a bunch of legends, one of them who used to babysit me 20 years ago, who truly desire to have a social impact has been massively inspiring, giving me the unique chance to give back to the community in a way that I did not think was possible whilst interning.
