Eligibility Criteria
Information on how to enter the #DRIVECLIVETO125 promotion and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Submission of entry is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry. Any entry which does not comply with these terms and conditions is invalid.
The Promoter is The Conscience Organisation. 61-63 Great Buckingham Street, Redfern, NSW, 2016.
Entry into the Promotion is open to Australian residents, 18 years old or over.  

Promotional Period
The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Wednesday 8th February 2017 and concludes at 12:00am AEST on Monday 6th March 2017.

How To Enter
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the determination of winners. Each entry will be individually judged according to its merits on the basis of the highest donation in dollar ($) amount.
To be eligible to enter, individuals must during the Promotional Period donate through Clive’s CEO Cookoff donation page at https://www.ceocookoff.com.au/fundraiser/cliveburcham
The Promoter is not responsible for failure to receive any entry for any cause beyond its control.  Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Any incorrect entrant details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid.
Entrants are only eligible to received one (1) daily prize and one (1) weekly prize throughout the entire promotional period (Wednesday 8th February – Monday 6th March).
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of donation. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant's entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.

For the weekly Prize Draw there will be 5 x Meal for 2 at D’orazio Pizza and Porchetta, Bondi & 5 x individually signed Sydney Swans jerseys by Captain Josh Kennedy. For the daily prize draw there will be 28 x premium bottles of wine, 28 x $100 Westfield vouchers, 28 x $100 For Goodness Sake gift cards.
Daily Prizes (Top 3 donations each day) 1st- 1 x premium bottle of wine, 2nd - A $100 Westfield voucher, 3rd- A 100 gift card for fresh fruit and veg from www.ForGoodnessSake.Market. Weekly prizes (Top 2 donations each week) 1st – 1x meal at D’orazio, 2nd – 1x signed Sydney Swans Jersey.
Judging will take place daily and weekly, as set out below: (Daily judging period commences at 12am and concludes at 11:59pm)

Judging will take place at 61-63 Great Buckingham St, Redfern, Sydney, NSW 2016. The winner will be the entrant who submits the highest donation in the judging period, as assessed by the judging panel. The “highest donation” is the donation that holds the largest value denomination.
Winners will be notified within two (2) business days of the judging date via the email address used to submit their donation. The email will ask the winner to provide their name, mobile phone number, address and/or email address to the Promoter within three (3) business days to claim their prize. If the winner is does not provide their details within three (3) business days, the prize will be redrawn.
All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If any Prize is unclaimed by a winner 14 days after a winner is announced on the The Conscience Organisation (AU) Facebook page, the Promoter will conduct a second round of judging on 23rd March 2017 and choose a second winner. The second round winner(s) will be notified by the same process described above and announced on the The Conscience Organisation (AU) Facebook page on 25th March 2017.
The winner must provide proof of age if asked.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss or damage, or personal injury suffered during the course of accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter may engage third party providers to assist in completing fulfillment of the Prize. 
The total Prize value is up to AU$15,000 RRP. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant from the Promotion who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Entries that contain errors or omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If any part of the Prize is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure it, the Promoter may substitute a different Prize item of equal or greater value.
If the Promotion is not able to be run as planned, whether caused by computer virus, line drop-out or congestion, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
The winner should look to the manufacturer of products awarded as prizes for all warranties. However, these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Australian Consumer Law) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these Terms and Conditions to be void.
The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or
receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional websites are the entrant's responsibility and are dependent on the Internet service provider used.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, those arising out of: any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after its receipt by the Promoter) for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; any variation in the value of the prizes as stated in these Terms and Conditions; any cancellation or delay of the awarding of any element of a prize that is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or use of a prize.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered by entrants into the Promotion, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss and any personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
By entering the Promotion entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and to have expressly consented to the use of their personal information for the purpose of the Privacy Act, Spam Act and other related privacy legislation. Entrants acknowledge and agree that the Promoter may collect their personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to, agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry into the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless the entrant withdraws consent, use an entrant’s personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages to or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct their personal information to the Promoter.  All entries into the Promotion become and remain the property of the Promoter. Personal information will only be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy
